Citrix Receiver Updates logging is enabled by default with Citrix Receiver for Mac Version 12.6 and later. This is helpful when troubleshooting Receiver auto-update related issues. To enable Session Logging Select Connection Diagnostics or Full in the Session Logging. This is a known issue and 32-bit cursors are being investigated as part of the product road maps for Citrix Receiver for Mac. Cursors that employ shadow effects for example are classed as 32-bit cursors and not currently supported by Receiver for Mac. Even after we use ' Uninstall Citrix Receiver ' to uninstall the receiver from MAC,there are some of the directories that are left behind. The files are not permanently deleted from the device,it’s just that we do not have access to the files deleted from trash.
